Sebastian is an expert financial modeller and adviser with 15 years' experience in sectors including PFI/PPP, project finance, real estate (both development & investment), and corporate finance.
He gained the majority of his experience with Grant Thornton, primarily within their Project Finance department, where he advised & supported numerous clients, both public and private sector, through a range of PFI/PPP transactions. During his time at Grant Thornton Seb rose to the position of Head of Financial Modelling, with responsibility for providing modelling support across all specialist financial services.
More recently, Seb was Group Analyst at Quintain Estates & Developments, providing analytical and modelling support to both their corporate activities and development fund-raising.
