EXECUTIVE PROFILE
Andrew Andreou, the principal of Cadmuss, has more than 25 years executive experience in a number of leading international organisations, with extensive business development experience in the health and financial services fields.
His healthcare knowledge was gained by developing and managing a wide range of healthcare businesses and projects, in the acute, primary, specialist and imaging sectors. Notably he completed investment in 17 PFI projects, the most successful development record in the UK PFI health sector and developed a brain-injury rehabilitation business in partnership with a leading clinician.
He has had significant experience in international joint ventures in the Far East and the Eastern Block.
Much of the financial services work has been in establishing financial businesses and turnaround work for underperforming trading and market-making operations.
He has directed regulatory compliance and chaired Risk Management Committees for three major financial institutions.
The NAO has invited him to deliver speeches and workshops on PFI.
