An executive with broad board level experience in private, public and charity sectors. A background as an accountant with over 30 years’ commercial and financial management experience particularly focused on doing business with the public sector.

Chris has private equity experience having, as Group Finance Director led the buyout of Global Solutions Limited (GSL) from Group 4 Falck AS in 2004.
Subsequently, as Group MD within GSL, shareholder value more than doubled on exit four years later to a major Plc.
He also has considerable knowledge of the PPP markets and has driven significant business growth and shareholder value within the Government outsourcing market place. This includes the winning of over 10 primary PFI/PPP primary bids, refinancing PFI companies and disposing of concessions in the secondary market. He has a range of relationships and knowledge of infrastructure funders and has practical experience of issuing a publicly quoted bond.
Most recently Group MD of a Healthcare and FM Company for a FTSE 100 support services group, he tripled the size of the business over five years.
Chris has a strong track record in developing and implementing strategic plans and growing organisations through a combination of strong financial management, high levels of customer service and a strong ethos of employee and customer care. He has a sound understanding of the drivers that impact on an organisation’s trading position.
As an independent professional, he now provides Non Executive Director, Pension Trustee and related consultancy services, focusing on support services, healthcare and infrastructure sectors. To date, he has
delivered successful projects in the areas of business and bid reviews, sale of a PFI investment, chairing an improvement project, and sourcing funders for developing primary care facilities.
